These terms cover your use of this website and your customer account. The moving service itself is governed by the estimate, bill of lading and other documents you sign for your move, which take priority over anything on this page.
An online price is based on the inventory, addresses, access details and dates you give us. It is an estimate until we issue and you sign a written estimate. If the actual inventory, access or dates differ, the price is re-quoted and re-signed before the work is done.
A move is reserved when the estimate is signed and any required deposit is paid. Deposit, cancellation and rescheduling terms are stated in the documents you sign for your move.
Give accurate move details, disclose items needing special handling, remove prohibited items such as flammables and hazardous materials, secure parking and building access, and be reachable on move and delivery day.
We move household goods as a licensed carrier under USDOT 3332133 and MC 1062034. Basic valuation protection applies at 60 cents per pound per article unless you buy extended coverage. Claims are handled under the terms of your bill of lading and applicable federal or state regulation.
Keep your sign-in details private. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access other customers' records, or copy site content for commercial use. Content on this site is provided for information and may change.
