We load in Florida with our own crews and run the same northern corridors constantly. That means your departure is scheduled against real truck capacity, and flexible dates genuinely lower your price instead of just widening a delivery window.
Because we repeat Florida-to-Northeast and Florida-to-Carolinas lanes, we know what space is available on which departures. If your dates have a few days of flexibility, we can usually place you on a better-priced load.
Full, partial or fragile-only packing can be added in the quote. Unpacking and debris removal at destination is a separate line so you can decide which end needs the help.
City deliveries in New York, DC, Philadelphia and Boston often need a shuttle, a reserved elevator and an insurance certificate. We collect all of it while quoting so the delivery day is not the day you find out.
A few rooms of furniture does not need a dedicated truck. Consolidated northbound space is often the most cost-effective way to move a partial household out of Florida.
Two to four weeks is comfortable on most lanes. Winter and early spring northbound demand fills the best dates first.
